A few notes before you start your travel:

1.FREE Transportation will be provided to, and from, all of the events. Here is the transportation schedule:

Monday, December 2nd - Corporate Sponsor Reception (invite only)

  • NGIS - pick up at 1715
  • Best Western & Coachman - After NGIS pick up

Buses will return you to your hotels after event.

Tuesday, December 3rd - MPA Flight Suit Social at NASWI O'Club

  • Maylor Point Community Center pick up at 1715 - Maylor Point Community Center, 1039 Mountain Circle, Oak Harbor
  • Best Western Oak Harbor pick up at 1730
  • Coachman Inn pick up at 1735
  • Anacortes pick up at 1715 - Park & Ride, 8147 S March Point Rd, Anacortes

Buses will run continuously to bring people home; the last bus will leave the O'Club at 2130. You will be dropped off at your HOME, or hotel. 

2. The Spouse Symposium will kick off at 1800 and will be at the classroom in the NASWI chapel. 

3. The dress code for the Corporate Sponsor event is smart casual - no uniforms please. The dress code for the flight suit social is flight suits for active-duty personnel, and any others that want to wear theirs, and casual for everyone else. 

4. PLEASE PAY ONLINE FOR A QUICKER, SMOOTHER CHECK IN PROCESS.

We will be there to take payment at the door, cash or credit card!!!

***The line can get very LONG for the flight suit social pay at the door folks. Avoid this by paying beforehand!
