Base Access Form

****The deadline to submit for base access has passed. 

 

 

The process to obtain base access is different this year!!! Please read thru to make sure you understand the new policy.

MPA cannot process foreign national base access passes. You will need to go through your embassies and thru an active duty component. 

MPA cannot process base access for ANY industry personnel. You will need to go through CPRG to request base access. 

For all others attending the MPA Symposium, if you require base access, please fill out the form below and we can get it processed for you.

DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM If you DO currently hold a DOD CAC iD card, and/or a retired military iD card. 

If you have either of these, you can get on to base yourself.

The form below MUST BE submitted by March 28th, 2024.  

MPA is not responsible for individuals that did not meet the deadline to submit for base access.

If you fail to obtain base access, MPA is not responsible for your travel expenses or ticket reimbursements.
